Child with halloween pumpkins

Dress for Halloween and be spooked out with the ghoulish goings on around Holkham Hall…… Only enter if you dare!!!

Sunday 26th October to Friday 31st October 2014
10am-5pm

This Halloween half-term week head to Holkham for…..
Terrifying Times in the Bygones Museum
Discover the wonders in the ‘Curiovan’ and a chance to see the natural world in a magical way. Or let the yarnsmith enthral you with his spell-binding, mystical tales of ghosts, witches and devils. With pumpkins galore to carve, a ‘skull-duggery’ challenge, silhouette bingo and pop-up ghosts to make, you’ll be in for many treats!
Ghostly Gardens
A chance to play phantom football - can you get past the ‘ghoul-keeper’?  Or why not try a ghostly codebreaker trail, it’s hauntingly fun.
Gory Fun in the Courtyard
Join in on the fancy dress parade, each day at 12noon. Get gory grazes or weeping wounds with face painting plus pumpkins galore to ensure you can test your powers of pumpkin carving.
Holkham Hall’s Horrors
You’ll find spooky body parts for you to collect and to make your own ‘pencil ghost’, whilst frightful factoids will get your pulse racing. In the Old Kitchen, join in the fun with ‘Kiddycook’ and decorate a delicious Halloween cookie - how gruesome will your creation be?
