Walk At Wells

Just a few lines that came to me whilst enjoying my morning walk on the beach at Wells-next-the-Sea, North Norfolk.

Close your eyes.......where can I be, listen to the lapping shores of the sea, with beach so vast and dunes washed low, this early morn is warming my soul.

Taking in this graceful space, pleasing my mind of this saviour place.

Resting in the grassy way, the central aisle of pine and sea, birdlife in tree top high and water splashing under blue sky.

Passing wooded hut and windswept sands, the woods I did a wander through......now I hear wood pigeon and blackbirds true sound.
