Our offices

We are very fortunate to work in two lovely offices in two delightful towns. Six High Street located in Holt, and 14 Freeman Street in Wells-next-the-Sea. Our local knowledge and local existence gives us an unrivalled ability and passion for our county. Very much like the towns in which they reside there is a rich history behind the two offices. 

6 High Street in Holt

Previously based in the Old Crab Shop in Holt, we have recently been lucky enough to open a brand new office in a fantastic position on the High Street. Holt has been our home for the past twelve years and serves as a fantastic, easily accessible location for holiday home owners and holiday makers alike to visit us. Whilst we're sad to be leaving our former premises after such a long time, we hope that our larger, more visible retail space in a prime location will create a better experience for our customers and friendly staff and would welcome anyone who wants to pop in for a coffee to see it for themselves. 

14 Freeman Street in Wells-next-the-Sea

We are more than delighted to now have a fabulous office in Wells-next-the-Sea. Located close to the quay and opposite the car-park, we're easy to find. What was once the town's local tourist information centre, pop in today and you'll be greeted by warm smiles, heaps of expertise and a drink if you fancy sitting down to chat about a future break or a holiday property.

Bank House in Reepham

This is where our support services team (accounts, marketing, IT and sales support) is based in the centre of the small market town of Reepham. Reepham is where Norfolk Cottages was born - back in 1991 around the kitchen table of the Ellis family.
