A spacious semi-detached house with sea views only 8 miles from the Sandringham Estate. The attractively-furnished lounge/diner is a cosy space where everyone comes together for quality time, punctuated by indulgent brunches, lunches and dinners all prepared in the neighbouring kitchen. The conservatory’s underfloor heating is a real bonus for those in need of some quiet time with a favourite book or podcast. A handy shower room completes the ground floor. A steep staircase leads to a second shower room and three versatile bedrooms: an en-suite king-size bedroom with double aspect views of the lighthouse and the sea; a bunk bedroom with sea views; and a second king-size bedroom. The children can play dog-friendly games on the lawn in the rear garden while the adults find solace in the nearby log cabin or gather around the BBQ on the patio.

Hunstanton and Old Hunstanton (both within 1 mile) offer a range of family-friendly attractions and stunning coastlines. The former retains many reminders of its Victorian past, while the latter showcases some impressive period features and historic sites of its own. A day out at the Sandringham Estate (8 miles) will live long in the memory, and there are also numerous golf courses and nature reserves within 8 miles of the house to explore.

Probably the best location in the area. Beautiful lighthouse and cliff tops opposite, 3 minute walk to the beach. On doorstep for both Hunstanton and old Hunstanton. Its an amazing entertaining house with the garden and conservatory in particular.

This property is fabulously located - it's in a quiet location but a short walk away will take you to the resort part of Hunstanton, with shops, amusements etc. The house has the added advantage of a lovely conservatory and a long garden so there's a place to chill out whatever the weather. The kitchen is very well equipped and well laid out. A rRead moreeal bonus is the large parking area in front of the house - really useful as it would be expensive to park in the cliff top car park, very near the house. . The nearest pub is a 10 minute walk across the cliff top car park and serves lovely food. All in all, this house offers everything you'd need. Hide

Fabulous location, so easy for beach access which has beautiful golden sands, you can walk for miles in either direction. Very comfortable property, really well equipped & with a lovely big conservatory . Local shops & eateries in abundance. Every ingredient for a wonderful holiday.
