Norfolk Rental Checklist

As there are a number of stages for booking a longer term property to rent with Norfolk Country Cottages; we have created a checklist to help you ensure you have completed each stage:

1: Select the property you want to hire.

2: Complete and send the application form to Norfolk Country Cottages either by post or as an email attachment.

3: We'll send the agreement to you.

3: You sign and return the agreement to Norfolk Country Cottages.

4: Complete and copy the standing order form; sending one to your bank and one to Norfolk Country Cottages for reference.

5: Pay the first four weekly period and damage deposit in advance.

6: Get the keys and move in!
