Situated on the banks of the River Nar, the village of Narborough is located between the historic market towns of Swaffham and Kings Lynn, both of which provide good shopping, pubs and restaurants. It is eighteen miles from the seaside resort of Hunstanton, with the bird reserves along the North West Coast also close by. There is excellent fishing at Narborough Trout Farm and Pentney Lakes. Stack Yard Cottage enjoys a peaceful situation with character features. The cottage is detached and all on one level, so is ideal for those with mobility problems (rated category three under the National Accessible Scheme). The interior is beautifully presented and has lovely views over the garden. There is use of an indoor heated swimming pool available in the village, and a beach hut at Heacham.
