Broome is a pleasant village set in the attractive countryside of the Waveney Valley. It is an ideal base from which to explore the many delights of both Norfolk and Suffolk. Just two miles away is the historic town of Bungay, which has a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. The seaside resort of Lowestoft is eleven miles away and has a lovely sandy beach, backed by a promenade. There are many good walks in the area, which is also excellent cycling country.
