Walcott is an excellent location for a seaside holiday, with a sandy beach, excellent for summer days on the sands or long walks in winter-remember to wrap up warmly! It is also within easy reach of the Norfolk Broads. The village has shops and a pub which serves good food, with further facilities available either in Stalham, four miles away, or the traditional market town of North Walsham, which is six miles away. Enjoy a morning cuppa on the seat in the front garden, or watch the ever moving picture of the sea from the comfort of the sitting room either way you can enjoy uninterrupted sea views from Tamarisk, an immaculately presented, newly built cliff-top bungalow. It is quietly situated at the edge of Ostend, between Walcott and Happisburgh. The cliff-top footpath is close by and the access ramp to the beach about seven minutes walk.
