Erpingham is a peaceful rural village set between the seaside resort of Cromer and the traditional market town of Aylsham with its good selection of shops and pubs. The National Trust property, Blickling Hall, is nearby and well worth a visit. It is perfect for a relaxing break but also a good base for exploring the many attractions of Norfolk including the North Norfolk coast, the Norfolk Broads and the fine city of Norwich. A network of small lanes lead to some delightful discoveries for walkers and cyclists. There is an excellent pub in the village and a good craft centre just outside the village. Map Ref: B6

The Byre is part of a fine set of barns on the edge of a large common in a delightful rural backwater close to Erpingham, on the route of The Weavers Way. It is all on one level and a good location for a honeymoon or romantic break. The beamed interior is attractively and comfortably presented by the owners who live next door.
