Midway between the coastal villages of Sea Palling and Eccles, North Gap is an access point through the sand dunes onto the fine sandy beaches of this coast. There is a scattering of houses and holiday homes behind the dunes, overlooking the surrounding farmland. Most people here will come for the beach, but the Norfolk Broads are easily accessible. The village pubs and shops of Sea Palling are about a mile and the market town of Stalham is approximately 2 miles.

Spencer Wall is situated in an ideal location for a seaside holiday, being just a few minutes from the beach. The spacious interior is ideal for families, and the house benefits from a large lawned garden which is great for games. From the rear of the property there are views of the open farmland beyond. Shop: 2 miles Pub: 1.5 miles
