Garvestone is situated amidst rural countryside and is an excellent base from which to discover the old market towns and pretty villages of this lovely part of Norfolk. The fine city of Norwich is 14 miles away and offers an excellent day out from browsing around the shops to visiting churches and museums to enjoying a meal at one of the fine restaurants. The town of Dereham is just four miles and provides good shopping facilities. In the neighbouring village of Reymerston, two miles away, there is an 18-hole golf course, plus pitch and putt, an indoor swimming pool and gym at the Norfolk Golf & Country Club.

Willow Cottage is all on one level and situated near the owner's home. It has its own enclosed patio garden and there is access to the owner''s wildlife pond with rare breeds of waterfowl and also a paddock for exercising pets.
