Runham has the benefit of being in a lovely country location and yet is only four miles from the wide sandy beach at Caister. Also close by is the popular resort of Great Yarmouth which, as well as the beach, has two piers, a sports centre, amusements, shops, pubs and a pleasure beach where if you are feeling brave you can enjoy a ride on the roller coaster! The neighbouring village of Stokesby, two and a half miles away, has a shop, pub and a restaurant.

This 400-year-old converted barn is situated near to the owner's home in a peaceful position where it enjoys shared use of the lovely lawned gardens. Its peaceful setting makes it an ideal location for a relaxing holiday, and you may enjoy watching the birds, including barn owls, on their visits to the garden. Together with neighbouring Owl Barn (property 457), they are both very well maintained and offer very pleasant clean, comfortable and welcoming accommodation. A warm welcome from the owners is assured. Both cottages are all on one level, making them suitable for the less able.

Peach Tree Cottage is an attractive cottage displaying a wealth of beams. The main part of the cottage also has an additional self-contained bedroom and bathroom which can either be accessed independently or by an interconnecting door between the bathrooms. Shop: 2.5 miles Pub: 2.5 miles
