Thornage and Little Thornage are neighbouring villages located in the Glaven Valley, one of the most attractive areas of rural North Norfolk. The area is ideal for walking and cycling and just a ten-minute drive from the coastal village of Blakeney, with Sheringham seven miles away. Holt is just two miles and offers good quality shops and eating places and Holt Country Park, where you can enjoy waymarked walks and nature trails. There is a pub in the neighbouring village of Hunworth, which serves good food.

Well Cottage and Dairy Cottage (property 380) are skilfully converted from 19th century brick and flint farm buildings. They feature many original features including exposed beams and intricate brickwork. Both cottages provide a cosy and comfortable base from which to explore North Norfolk. Shop: 2 miles Pub: 2 miles

Sitting Room tastefully furnished with comfortable seating, TV and woodburner
Kitchen/Dining Room with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, table and chairs (washing machine and freezer in shared Utility Room)

First Floor:
Bedroom 1 with a double bed
Bedroom 2 with twin beds
Bathroom with bath, hand-held shower, washbasin and w.c.

Garden: Enclosed shared lawned garden with garden furniture, 150 yards at end of drive reasonably secluded with trees and shrubs and positioned to the side of the owners house. Use of owner's tennis court by arrangement in summer months (please bring your own equipment - tennis shoes or trainers should be worn).
Parking: For one car - or more by prior arrangement with the owner.
Heating: N.S.H. included November to May and £20pw June to October if required, payable on arrival. First basket of logs for woodburner provided and further supplies available from owner at £5 per basket.
Also Provided: Broadband available on request.
Notes: Well Cottage is not ideally suited for toddlers. Note for health and safety purposes please do not bring your own personal heaters as they may not have the necessary PAT (Portable Appliance Testing).
