Walcott is an excellent location for a seaside holiday, with a sandy beach, excellent for summer days on the sands or long walks in winter-remember to wrap up warmly! It is also within easy reach of the Norfolk Broads. The village has shops and a pub which serves good food, with further facilities available either in Stalham, four miles away, or the traditional market town of North Walsham, which is six miles away.

Sanderling is in a striking position looking out over the sea above the sandy beaches at Walcott, with farmland beyond the attractive garden. Modest from the outside, inside there is a real sense of space and 3 sitting areas. The modern comfortable accommodation is mostly on the ground floor, with a staircase from the double height sitting room to "The Crows Nest", an upper room with unrivalled sea views. Access to the beach is via the ramp 7 minutes walk away. Shop: 1 mile  Pub: 0.75 miles

Ground Floor:

Kitchen with sea views, well-equipped with electric hob, electric oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The side door opens into an enclosed yard which gives access to the shed containing the tumble dryer
Bathroom with bath, over-bath shower, washbasin, and w.c.

First Floor - The Crow's Nest:
A long room in the eaves of the house with an amazing sea view. The room is split by a half height partition giving a Bedroom Area with double bed and En-Suite Washroom with washbasin and w.c. The Sitting Area beyond takes full advantage of the views and has an L-shaped sofa, TV, telescope and patio doors onto balcony. 

Garden: Fully enclosed rear garden with outside dining area, garden furniture, barbecue and covered sandpit. Open front garden includes small upended boat providing bench seating. Storage shed for bikes etc.
Parking: For two cars.
Heating: O.F.C.H.
Also Provided: Towels. Stairgate. Books, DVDs, and games. Toy box and tub of beach toys.
Pets: Two well controlled dogs are welcome. Please ensure they are kept off the furniture at all times and not allowed upstairs.
Extras: Complete cleaning if required at end of stay £35 (arrange on arrival).

2. Parties of 2, using one or two bedrooms, same price as Tamarisk (Ref 629)  - choice of bedrooms on arrival, unused bedroom will be locked - not available during E band dates.
