It is only one mile from Overstrand, with quiet sands that are great for both lazy summer days and bracing winter walks. The bustling coastal resort of Cromer is just two and a half miles away and also has a lovely sandy beach as well as a pier, traditional seaside entertainment, a good range of shops and eating places and excellent cliff-top walks. The area offers scenic paths for walks and bike rides and the cottage is located close to the North Norfolk Cycle-way.

Garden: Front and rear garden. The front garden has a small covered pond which may not make it suitable for young children, (care should be taken). The rear garden is enclosed and has a small lawn area, patio, garden furniture and barbecue. Parking: Driveway at the front of the property for 2/3 cars. Heating: O.F.C.H. in all rooms except the annexe which has a free standing thermostatic electric radiator included May-Sept and £20 p.w. Oct-Apr payable on booking. Also Provided: Stairgate.
