North Wootton is  one of the numerous villages that border the Royal Estate of Sandringham.  Adjacent to the historic village of Castle Rising, which is the home of one of the best preserved and most lavishly decorated keeps in England and is surrounded by 20 acres of earthworks. The beach at Snettisham is within a few miles, as is the coastal resort of Hunstanton, which is just 10 miles away. The historic, medieval town and port of Kings Lynn is only four miles away and offers excellent shopping facilities. Map Ref:  B3                            

Little Barn is an attractive, comfortable, spacious single storey barn conversion with exposed oak beams. It is situated in a quiet, semi-rural position but with easy access to all the amenities that this lovely part of Norfolk has to offer. The roads and woodland that surround the Sandringham Estate are excellent for walking and cycling with the village being on a National Cycle Route.
