Hockwold-cum-Wilton run from one to the other, nestling in delightful countryside beside the Little Ouse River, between the Breckland forests and waterways of the Fens. Ideally located on the borders of the three counties of Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire, there is the opportunity to enjoy the best of what each county has to offer. Visit the Centre For Horse Racing in East Anglia at Newmarket, punt the waterways of the wonderful historic city of Cambridge or try the Go Ape walk attraction at Thetford Forest. Willow Holt is a newly renovated 200 year old farm workers cottage. In a row of similar properties it sits on the outskirts of the village of Hockwold and is in a quiet, peaceful, rural location. With some excellent off-road cycling, walking and bird watching in the area, it provides an ideal base for exploring everything the three counties have to offer.  Shop: 2 miles  Pub: 2 miles

Notes: The pond is uncovered and care should be taken with the supervision of young children due to the proximity of water. Use of owner’s washing machine is available by prior arrangement.
