Family-friendly accommodation awaits in the beautiful Norfolk countryside, a fantastic option for 5 guests eager to explore East Anglia. Situated on the brink of the Norfolk Coast AONB, just 4 miles from the eclectic port town of Wells-next-the-sea, this single-storey cottage provides an incredible base for getting stuck into the local area. The holiday home itself is a traditionally appointed cottage with space to relax indoors and out, perfect for any summer, winter or in-between stays. Come home after a long day of coastal walks or games on the sand to rest and recharge with your loved ones.
On arrival, you’ll pass through a sunny shared garden with ample patio furniture for savouring your morning coffee or last drink of the day. Step inside to be greeted by an open-plan living space with a lounge at one side and a kitchen/diner opposite. Crowd around the dining table to raise a glass at mealtimes, plan adventures, or get stuck into a board game – memories will always be made here. Find two bedrooms and a family bathroom just off this main living space. The bedrooms are made up of a twin bedroom and a triple with a double and a single bed, the latter well-suited to parents with young children.
Known for its vibrant wildlife, set off each day to spot seals, puffins, porpoises and more from the coastline (5 miles). North Norfolk is also a designated Dark Sky Discovery Site, so be sure to stay up late to spend a night gazing up at star-studded skies from Barrow Common (12.5 miles) or RSPB Titchwell Marsh (14.5 miles). Further daytime activities include a trip on the Wells & Walsingham Light Railway from your nearest town, Wells-next-the-sea (4 miles), a visit to the ruins of Creake Abbey (8 miles) or a long walk around Holt Country Park (10 miles).
