Facing open farmland, it welcomes guests into a lounge/diner that stretches across the front of the property; unwind in front of the TV, light the wood burner or simply linger at the table – this is a space for companionable time together. There’s a smart kitchen with all the modern must-haves, while the fabulous family bathroom features a roll-top bath for soothing soaks at the end of a busy day. When it’s time to retire, three attractive bedrooms beckon – one with a king-size bed, one with a double bed and the third with bunks. Extending your living space, the gardens here are a huge bonus – landscaped front and rear, there’s space to park three cars in the former. To the back of the bungalow, you’ll find lovely spaces to relax in – stretch out on a sun lounger, fire up the BBQ and let the dog roll on the lawn while the children enjoy the in-ground trampoline, mud kitchen and swings in their own special play area.

The centre of Burnham Market is around 0.5 miles away; wander in and you’ll find a wide village green lined by traditional and on-trend shops and eateries. No holiday here would be complete without trips to the coast, and Wells-next-the-Sea (6 miles) is a must-see. With a sweeping sandy beach bordered by pinewoods and colourful beach huts, a quay where children can fish for crabs, and a leafy green known as The Buttlands, it’s the epitome of a family-friendly seaside destination. Immediately to the west is the Holkham Estate (5 miles) with its own famous beach, stately home and nature reserve. 15 miles east, Blakeney is where you can take a boat trip to see the seals and bird sanctuary at Blakeney Point.

When I arrived there was no heating or hot water because there was no Oil for the boiler. It took one day to fix the issue.

Nannie 72, mummy 44 and Freddie 9 are all agreed that this is one of the best properties suiting everyone's needs that we have ever stayed in.

House in lovely location for exploring north Norfolk and within 5 mins walk to burn ham market, fantastic garden, very child friendly with trampoline & swings.
