Enjoy a group gathering at this magnificent detached 19th-century residence on the outskirts of the charming village of Gressenhall. Enjoy stylish, open-plan living surrounded by expansive gardens and wonderful countryside views.

Step inside and be greeted by a spacious lounge/kitchen/diner, the vibrant social hub of the house. Settle onto a comfortable sofa and make yourself at home in front of the TV. When it's time to eat, head to the kitchen area, where you'll find everything you need to prepare a feast. A convenient pantry and a utility room are also at your disposal. Gather everyone around the dining table, positioned in front of the bifold French doors, then after dinner, unwind in the snug/TV room, enjoying the warmth of the wood burner. On the first floor, discover three bedrooms—a double with an en-suite shower room, two singles (one boasting farmland views)—as well as a stylish family bathroom with a roll-top bath. The second floor reveals a delightful double tucked away under the sloping eaves of the roof, complete with its own en-suite bathroom. Outside, a fabulous garden awaits, with a paved terrace where you can enjoy delightful dining experiences at the outdoor table. The property also grants access to the surrounding woodland, with its enchanting trails and meandering streams. A tennis court can be used at the owners' house nearby.

Accommodation at Dentford Heights was perfect size for our group of 7 adults & 2 small children. Spent most of our indoor time in the vast kitchen/diner/conservatory & the outdoor space is excellent too. Our hosts were friendly, available if needed, but never intrusive. Thank you. Location wise, Gressenhall is a great base for touring Central/NoRead morerth Norfolk and anywhere from Kings Lynn to Norwich is only an easy car ride away. Plenty to do & see. Would we come back again? - Definitely. Hide

An exceptionally clean and tidy house. All bedrooms comfortable and bathrooms well-appointed.Very private with fab views from all angles. Bi-fold doors from open plan, open onto a large patio, with sweeping lawn down to sheep and woods.Great views of wildlife. Easy access onto sensible roads, even-though it is in countryside and ample parking. OwneRead morers use a few buildings on site, but they are separate from house- so it still feels private. Lovely friendly and helpful owners with good helpful contact via text. I would thoroughly recommend this property - but would also like to keep it secret just for me to use! One of the best we have been to. Thankyou. Hide

The location of this property is superb, the equipment contained in the property are excellent, and the owners are so helpful whilst not encroaching on the guests space. This was our second visit to Dentford Heights, but it will not be our last! Highly recommended.
