Property Management
Many homeowners enjoy handling housekeeping, maintenance and key exchanges personally if you live close to your cottage, its a good way to meet customers and share the excitement of their holiday. But a core part of our offering to homeowners is a Managed Services package, whereby we will recruit a cleaner for your property, notify him/her of bookings, schedule cleaning requirements and pay him/her on your behalf, all for a small management fee. We can also arrange for maintenance work to be carried out and will add an admin charge to the cost of any invoice for this.
Our Premium Service
For total peace of mind, one of our property managers will inspect your property prior to every booking, and leave fresh flowers, a local paper, toiletries and a welcome pack. Well provide a maintenance book in the property and action any issues raised as well as providing an on-call service at weekends. Well leave environmentally friendly cleaning products for customers use in the property which will be recharged to your account at cost and carry out winter checks. Well source a self employed cleaner, notify them of your bookings, pay your cleaner on your behalf and recharge your homeowner account. Arrange maintenance work up to the value of £100 without need to contact you. Arrange end of season and pre-season deep cleans. Winter check your property at least four times between November and end of February. Arrange your yearly Portable Appliance Testing and Gas Safety check where necessary.
We can....
- Source a self employed cleaner and notify them of your bookings.
- Pay your cleaner on receipt of his/her invoice and recharge your homeowner account.
- Arrange gardening or window cleaning.
- Arrange maintenance work up to the value of £100 without needing to contact you.
- Winter check your property at least four times between November and end of February.
- Arrange end-of-season and pre-season deep cleans.
- Organise your yearly Portable Appliance Testing (PAT).
- Arrange your Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).
- Arrange your boiler service and Gas Safe landlords certificate.
- Provide a branded welcome pack for collection by your cleaner from our Holt office.
