We have a team of Guardian Angels operating from our Holt office and enabling us to provide a fully-managed service within a 15-mile radius. The Guardian Angels service offers:
  • A quality check prior to each booking
  • A welcome pack using local and Fair Trade products
  • The provision of environmentally-friendly cleaning products and paper goods
  • Emergency on-call service
  • Regular maintenance checks
  • Arrangement of a deep clean of your property at the beginning of the season
  • Regular winter visits whilst the property is empty
  • Regular contact which keeps you informed of any concerns regarding your property
  • Attendance of GA for skilled tradesmen’s safety visits
