Each year we speak to many people who are considering holiday letting their second home or purchasing a holiday home.

Customers of Norfolk Country Cottages have voted Hitchens Cottage at Happisburgh their favourite cottage of last season.

At a recent owners lunch hosted by Norfolk Country Cottages at Pensthorpe Nature Park, the winners, Paul and Rosemary Munday of Hitchens Cottage, Happisburgh were presented with a certificate and a bottle of champagne by Bill Jordan, owner of Pensthorpe Nature Park.

The runners up were Jane Shulver of Tamarisk at Walcott, Mr and Mrs Wilde of The Barn, Binham and Mrs and Mrs Gogle of Wayfarers Cottage at Mattishall

More than 60 owners enjoyed the day and the talk by Bill Jordan detailing the valuable work carried out at Pensthorpe.
