Mid-Norfolk Railway

Description:
Norfolk's longest heritage railway runs through eleven miles of rural countryside, linking the market towns of Wymondham and Dereham, acting both as a tourist attraction and a functional railway. Heritage diesel services operate on most weekends during the year and additional weekdays during the summer. Special events include Santa and Easter Specials, a Model Railway Exhibition, Jazz Trains and themed transport weekends. The recently restored Dereham Station houses a shop and buffet and growing collection of local railway memorabilia.
