Named after the celebrated Victorian beauty and mistress of the Prince of Wales, Lillie Langtry, the restaurant continues to offer food fit for a king, in the intimate surroundings of the candle-lit dining room, or the elegant conservatory, where you can watch the summer sun set over the deer park as you dine. As it would have been in Gunton Hall's Victorian heyday, the emphasis is very much on fresh, locally sourced produce - fish, lobster, crab and mussels from the nearby coast, and game, in season, from the neighbouring estates, including, of course venison. There is a choice of table d'hôte menus and our ever-popular seasonal menu, exceptional value, but without compromising the quality which has resulted in the award of an AA Rosette. The Langtry also offers an extensive wine list, expertly selected to combine French classics with the best New World vintages.
