Brancaster and neighbouring Brancaster Staithe are lovely coastal villages, which have much to offer, making them ideal holiday locations at any time of the year. There is a wonderful sandy beach, numerous coastal and countryside walks, a golf course, a tennis court and excellent sailing from Brancaster Staithe. A little further along the coast there are many interesting bird reserves including Scolt Head, Titchwell and Holme next the Sea.

North Wootton is one of the numerous villages that border the Royal Estate of Sandringham. Adjacent to the historic village of Castle Rising, which is the home of one of the best preserved and most lavishly decorated keeps in England and is surrounded by 20 acres of earthworks. The beach at Snettisham is within a few miles, as is the coastal resort of Hunstanton, which is just 10 miles away. The historic, medieval town and port of Kings Lynn is only four miles away and offers excellent shopping facilities. Map Ref: B3

Little Barn is an attractive, comfortable, spacious single storey barn conversion with exposed oak beams. It is situated in a quiet, semi-rural position but with easy access to all the amenities that this lovely part of Norfolk has to offer. The roads and woodland that surround the Sandringham Estate are excellent for walking and cycling. Dersingham nature reserve offers ample opportunities for the bird and nature lover.
