Bracon Ash is a small village with easy access situated just 6 miles south of the fine city of Norwich. The area is well placed for walking and cycling and is within an easy drive of the Norfolk Broads. Wymondham, a bustling market town, is nearby where shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars can be found. There is a golf course, fishing lakes and horse riding within four miles of the property. Rectory Barn is a newly converted two storey barn situated within the grounds of the owner's home. There are a host of original features including exposed beams throughout the property. There is a gallery landing overlooking the central living area of the property. It has its own garden area and has a balcony overlooking the front garden. Shop:1 mile Pub:1.5 miles
