Roughton is a small thriving village situated just a short distance to the south of Cromer. It is ideally situated for the coast, broads and the fine city of Norwich.  The village boasts an excellent convenience store/garage and one of the best fish and chip shops in north Norfolk. It is also home to the renowned Groveland farm shop which has a very good seasonal pick your own fruit and vegetable site. Felbrigg is on the doorstep and Blicking a short distance away, both of which are National Trust properties. Rose Cottage is a delightful detached cottage in an attractive semi-rural location between Roughton and Felbrigg. It has been furnished and decorated to a high standard and offers a side patio area and a terraced garden over three levels. It is in a quiet location and overlooks open countryside. First Floor:
Bedroom 1 with a double bed
Bedroom 2 with twin beds
Bedroom 3 with twin beds and full length French doors leading onto decked area with steps down to the rear garden
Bathroom with bath, over-bath mixer shower, washbasin and w.c.

Garden: Small front garden, fully enclosed terraced rear garden over three levels with small pond and side patio area with garden furniture.
Parking: For two cars.
Heating: O.F.C.H. included May-Sept and £25 pw Oct-Apr payable on booking (the conservatory also has a free standing oil filled radiator).
Also Provided: Books, games, videos, DVDs and CDs.
Pets: Although no pets are accepted at the property, the owner's pet does occasionally visit.
Notes: No children under the age of 8 years accepted at the property due to the access from bedroom three into the garden and the tiered terrace garden
