Roughton is a small thriving village situated just a short distance to the south of Cromer. It is ideally situated for the coast, broads and the fine city of Norwich. The village boasts an excellent convenience store/garage and one of the best fish and chip shops in north Norfolk. It is also home to the renowned Groveland farm shop which has a very good seasonal pick your own fruit and vegetable site. Felbrigg is on the doorstep and Blicking a short distance away, both of which are National Trust properties. Map Ref: A6

Rose Cottage is a delightful detached cottage in an attractive semi-rural location between Roughton and Felbrigg. It has been furnished and decorated to a high standard and offers a side patio area and a terraced garden over three levels. It is in a quiet location and overlooks open countryside. Pets: Although no pets are accepted at the property, the owner's pet does occasionally visit.
Notes: No children under the age of 8 years accepted at the property due to the access from bedroom three into the garden and the tiered terrace garden.
