Sharrington is a small village about three miles west of the attractive town of Holt and ten minutes drive from the National Trust coastline at Blakeney. Holt has a splendid selection of interesting small shops where it is a pleasure to shop or browse. The coastal towns of Cromer, Sheringham and Wells are also just a short drive. This is a lovely peaceful area of Norfolk, yet with easy access to the main attractions. There is good walking and cycling with some outstandingly pretty villages linked by meandering lanes. Stone Cottage is a charming detached cottage retaining many original features. The interior is attractively presented and is surprisingly spacious. It is located in a very peaceful position, and the atmosphere is both relaxing and welcoming making it an ideal rural retreat. Shop: 2 miles Pub: 1.5 miles

Bedroom 1 with a double bed
Shower Room with walk in shower, washbasin and w.c.

Garden: Enclosed good size garden with lawn, shrub and herbaceous borders. Outside store with barbecue and tumble dryer. Outhouse for bike storage.
Parking: For two cars. (please note that the entrance is narrow and leads onto a narrow lane)
Heating: Storage heaters and electric convector heaters.
Also Provided: Phone/fax for incoming calls only. Large selection of books, games and a Playstation 1 with dedicated TV and games in twin bedroom.
Pets: Two dogs welcome.
Notes: Stone Cottage has short tread stairs with a twist. The sitting room and dining room have low ceilings which could cause a problem for anyone of above average height.
For 2009 On the first floor there will be a small room with a cot leading to bedroom 2 and a Bathroom with a small bath, washbasin and w.c.
