The attractive Broads village of Reedham lies on the banks of the River Yare. It is a good location for exploring the pretty villages and waterways of the Norfolk Broads. The sandy beaches of the East Coast are also nearby, with the cathedral city of Norwich and the bustling seaside resort of Great Yarmouth within easy driving distance. There is also a chain ferry which can take you from one side of the river to the other. The village has shops and a variety of pubs, with further facilities available in Acle. Map Ref: D8

This is the owner's much loved second home, and the accommodation is unique and full of character with the individual rustic nature of the building being preserved. With a large garden, which fronts onto the River Yare, and public footpath. It offers wonderful panoramic views of the river, fields and woodland beyond and the first floor viewing area is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the landscape. Notes: Red Mill has steep stairs which may be unsuitable for the less mobile. Because of the proximity of water and the external staircase, which provides additional access, this property is not suitable for young children. Water is supplied via a bore hole. There is a short public footpath running across the rear garden (this is a continuation of the main riverside footpath).
