The village of Mundesley is an excellent location for a seaside holiday. It has a wonderful wide beach backed by a small promenade and a good range of shops, pubs and restaurants. Some may enjoy a dip in the sea or perhaps just the chance to relax and enjoy the view, whilst children will love to play on the golden sands. There is a golf course and driving range in the village with both horse riding and sea fishing available locally. Historic houses, steam trains, water sports and nature reserves are all within a short drive. Map Ref: A7

The Gig House is a lovely brick and flint property, converted from stables, and furnished to a high standard creating a home-from-home atmosphere. The main bedroom has French doors leading to a small balcony with uninterrupted views of the sea. It is a perfect seaside retreat with the beach just 20 yds away, accessed by a slipway. Garden: Open plan patio garden leading to slipway (only used for five other properties).
