Binham is a beautiful peaceful village retaining all the charm and character of a bygone age. The village has the remains of an early 12th century Benedictine Priory, where classical concerts are held and the whole area is steeped in history. The Georgian market town of Holt is seven miles away and it is four miles from the harbour town of Wells and the picturesque village of Blakeney, where narrow streets slope down to the tidal creek, and which offers sailing and beautiful coastal and marshland walks.
