Docking is a well located North Norfolk village surrounded by unspoilt countryside, providing easy access to the area's country and coastal attractions. It is four miles from the splendid sandy beach at Brancaster with the traditional seaside resort of Hunstanton seven miles away. The beaches at Heacham, Holme, Holkham and Wells harbour are all nearby and there are also many bird reserves in the area. The village has a shop, a pub which serves food, and a large playing field with tennis court. Map Ref: A3

Sunnyside Cottage is a charming 17th century property, maintained to a very high standard by its caring owners. This spacious cottage retains all its old world charm with wood and pamment floors and beamed ceilings, whilst offering every modern comfort.
