Thornage and Little Thornage are neighbouring villages located in the Glaven Valley, one of the most attractive areas of rural North Norfolk. The area is ideal for walking and cycling and just a ten-minute drive from the coastal village of Blakeney, with Sheringham seven miles away. Holt is just two miles and offers good quality shops and eating places and Holt Country Park, where you can enjoy waymarked walks and nature trails. There is a pub in the neighbouring village of Hunworth, which serves good food. Map Ref: A5

Dairy Cottage and Well Cottage (property 379) are skilfully converted from 19th century brick and flint farm buildings and they have many original features including exposed beams and intricate brickwork. Both cottages provide a cosy and comfortable base from which to explore North Norfolk. Shop: 2 miles Pub: 2 miles

Ground Floor:
Spacious Open Plan Room with Sitting Area tastefully furnished with comfortable seating, colour TV, video/DVD player, music centre and woodburner Kitchen/Dining Area with electric cooker, fridge, microwave, table and chairs (washing machine and freezer in shared Utility Room)

First Floor:
Bedroom 1 with a double bed
Bedroom 2 with twin beds
Bedroom 3 with a single bed
Bathroom with bath, over-bath electric shower, washbasin and w.c.

Garden: Enclosed shared lawned garden with garden furniture, 150 yards at end of drive reasonably secluded with trees and shrubs and positioned to the side of the owners house. Use of owner's tennis court by arrangement in summer months (please bring your own equipment - tennis shoes or trainers should be worn).
Parking: For two cars.
Heating: 2008 N.S.H. included June to October and £20pw November to May payable on arrival. First basket of logs for woodburner provided and further supplies available from owner at £5 per basket.
