Salle, together with surrounding countryside, has little changed over the years and is much loved by film makers for its timeless quality. There are wonderful walks in the area including the nearby Marriotts Way. The village has one of the loveliest churches in Norfolk and the whole area is rich in history. The beautiful coastline and the fine city of Norwich are both easily accessible. Just one mile away is the market town of Reepham, which has shops, pubs/restaurants, tea rooms and a sports centre.
