Wroxham and Hoveton are at the very heart of Broadland, and excellent locations for fishing, sailing and bird watching. The River Bure divides the two villages, commonly called Wroxham. It is home to the Bure Valley Railway, Wroxham Barns and Roys, 'the biggest village store in the world'. Both day boat hire and sailing tuition are available locally. It is also just seven miles from Norwich, with the sandy beaches of the East Coast within a twenty minute drive. Map Ref: C7
Offering comfortable accommodation, complete with its own mooring, this cottage is situated in a quiet backwater. It is ideal for couples or small families, and you may enjoy feeding the swans and ducks, which will come up to the door. Shop: 150 yds Pub: 150 yds |
