The small village of Sutton is set within the delightful countryside of the Norfolk Broads and is home to one of the country’s tallest windmills, over 200 years old and over nine floors it is open to the public and offers fantastic views over the surrounding area. The sandy beaches of the East coast are just a few miles away as is Wroxham the main boating centre of the Broads. Sutton Staithe is very picturesque and boats are available for hire. Norwich and Great Yarmouth are both within easy driving distance and offer two diverse days out. Map Ref: B7

Maple Barn is a newly converted barn which has been sympathetically restored retaining many original features: vaulted ceilings, a wealth of beams and exposed brickwork. Set in idyllic, un-spoilt countryside with magnificent views over open fields. The Broads and Coast are both virtually on the doorstep making this an ideal holiday for any time of the year.
