Cromer is a traditional seaside resort with a cliff-top setting and wide sandy beaches running down to the sea. It is famous for its fishing boats that still work off the shore and offer freshly caught seafood. The town has a fine pier, a local history museum, a new lifeboat museum, a golf course, cinema, cycle hire, shops and restaurants as well as seafront entertainment, making it ideal for a family holiday. Cromer church tower is the tallest in Norfolk and the more adventurous might like to climb to the top to enjoy the wonderful views. Map Ref: A6

Albion House is a listed period town house situated in the centre of Cromer only yards from the town centre and beach.  It is a classic town house with accommodation over three floors and is located in a narrow street with properties of a similar age. It offers pleasant, comfortable family accommodation with full or side sea views from all the bedrooms and has the benefit of a private parking space a short walk away. Shop: 25 yards  Pub: 25 yards

First Floor:
Bedroom 1 with twin beds, TV, bay window and En-Suite Shower Room with shower cubicle, washbasin and w.c.
Bathroom with bath, over-bath electric shower, washbasin and w.c.

Second Floor:
Bedroom 2 with a double bed and bay window
Bedroom 3 with twin beds

Garden: Fully enclosed rear courtyard garden with garden furniture (please note neighbouring property has right of access, this is rarely used).
Parking: For one car in a private car park a few minutes walk away from the property, there is vehicle access for unloading outside Albion House. 
Heating: G.F.C.H. included May–Sept and £25 per booking Oct-Apr, payable on booking. 2009 £30 per booking Oct - Apr
