Mattishall lies in the very heart of Norfolk, central to many of the county''s attractions. There are a number of footpaths in the area with both fishing and golf available within four miles of the village. The market town of Dereham is five miles away and offers a good range of shops, restaurants and pubs as well as having a cinema and a sports centre. Mattishall itself has village shops and a pub/restaurant, with a restaurant in Yaxham one and a half miles away. Map Ref: C5.
                          
The annexe at Homelea is a converted stable block attached to the owner’s home. With some interesting features comprising open plan kitchen gallery and spiral staircase leading to the mezzanine area. Garden: Open Courtyard with table and chairs, shared use of the owner’s 4½ acre garden with summer house, barbecue and garden furniture, lake and indoor heated swimming pool with shower, toilet and changing area, independent outside access from the property.
Parking: Ample driveway parking.

Notes: The layout of the bedrooms makes the property more suitable for families or couples. Young children should be supervised at all times due to the proximity of the lake and pool. This property may not be suitable for very young children or adults with mobility problems
