East Rudham is a peaceful North West Norfolk village situated around a traditional village green. It is an area rich in history with many stately homes to explore including nearby Houghton Hall. The beaches at Brancaster and Holkham are 12 and 14 miles away respectively and are ideal for summer days on the sands and long walks in winter. Fakenham is just five miles away and offers a good range of facilities, with quality shopping available in Burnham Market. Map Ref: B4

Built in 1818, Nutmeg Cottage is a end terrace brick and flint property, tastefully decorated and recently renovated to a high standard. The cottage is situated in the heart of the village, yards from the village green and has many character features including original beams and inglenook fireplace with a woodburner, perfect for cosy evenings. Notes: The neighbours have right of way on a Tuesday for taking refuse bins in and out. The twin beds are 7 foot in length. The Stairs are traditional Norfolk twist and could be difficult for anyone who has mobility issues. This property will be a Friday start in 2009.
