Martham is a village situated between the Sea and the north Broads and is home to Martham Broad on the river Thurne which sits north of the village.  It is said to be one of the most attractive in Broadland extending over 101 acres and is a Site of Special Scientific Interest. With an attractive village green with pond, pubs, shops and its proximity to the sandy beaches of Winterton, Horsey and the traditional seaside resort of Great Yarmouth, it is an ideal base for exploring a wide area of Norfolk. Perch Cottage is a charming 17th century thatched cottage which has been recently renovated to provide a mix of period features and modern comforts. The centre of the village is just minutes away with its variety of shops and pubs. An ideal location for exploring the East coast and Norfolk Broads.  Shop: 200 yards  Pub: 100 yards

Pets: Two small (or one medium sized)  well-behaved dogs are welcome.
Extras: Electricity is by £1 coin meter with the first £10 included.
Notes: Please note that the property has steep stairs in keeping with a cottage of this age which may make it unsuitable for people with mobility problems. The layout of the bedrooms may not be suitable for young families as bedroom 1 is open to the stairs.
