This small rural village just 5 miles east of the cathedral city of Norwich is centrally located for enjoying the diverse range of attractions in the area including the Norfolk Broads. Meander by boat through the waterways and enjoy lunch at one of the numerous riverside pubs. The East Coast is just a short distance away with its sandy beaches and the traditional seaside resort of Great Yarmouth. Norwich with its culture, castle, theatre, cafes and shopping opportunities is not to be missed. The area is excellent for enjoying birdwatching and exploring wildlife at a wide variety of fens including our own adopted charity for 2008, Wheatfen. Map Ref: C7

Windfalls enjoys a very tranquil setting on the outskirts of the village, with views over open countryside to the front and rear. This is an attractive, comfortable house, with a very large garden which is great for letting off steam. An ideal property for families.

Sitting Room spacious and pleasantly furnished with comfortable seating, colour TV, video, DVD player, CD hi-fi and open fire
Kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
Utility Room with washing machine (drying facilities are available in the boiler room)
Dining Room with table, chairs, piano and rocking horse

First Floor:

Heating: O.F.C.H. is available all year round on request at £30 per week payable on arrival.

Pets: Two dogs are welcome but are to be kept downstairs at all times.
