It is only one mile from Overstrand, with quiet sandy beaches that are great for both lazy summer days and bracing winter walks. The bustling coastal resort of Cromer is just two and a half miles away and also has a lovely sandy beach as well as a pier, traditional seaside entertainment, a good range of shops and eating places and excellent cliff-top walks. This spacious, tasteful and traditionally furnished end barn conversion is situated in a rural position overlooking the church and is within walking distance of the coast.
