The quiet village of North Burlingham is situated close to the famous Norfolk Broads, an excellent location for ornithologists and walkers who will delight in the many nature trails in the area. The small town of Acle is just two and a half miles away and has shops, pubs and restaurants, and there is also a weekly market. The coastal village of Winterton, with its sandy beach, is just twelve miles away. The neighbouring village of South Walsham has a pub and village shop. Map Ref: C7

The Old Stables is a newly renovated single storey stable conversion providing comfortable, well furnished accommodation situated on the outskirts of the village. The bedroom accommodation is set out to give privacy on two sides with the main living area between the two. With beautiful countryside on the doorstep it is an ideal location for walking, with footpaths to Burlingham and Acle. The games room with a ¾ snooker table is great for families and leaves the main sitting room for more peaceful pastimes. Shop: 2.5 miles Pub: 1.5 miles
