Sedgeford is wonderfully situated to discover the many delights of North West Norfolk. It is perfect for exploring the picturesque little villages that line the coast, and the lovely sandy beaches at Brancaster and Holme-next-the-Sea are only about five miles away. The village is well placed for ornithologists being halfway between the excellent reserves at Titchwell and Snettisham. For those looking for a more lively pace of life, Hunstanton is also only five miles away and there are many other attractions close at hand which are well worth a visit. Map Ref: A3

3 New England Cottage is tastefully furnished and offers good sized accommodation on the outskirts of Sedgeford village. Formerly a railway worker's cottage, it is in a peaceful and rural location and yet only a short drive to the beaches of North and West Norfolk. Within walking distance of the property is a small sports club offering a gym, tennis and squash facilities which can be enjoyed on a book-and-pay-basis. Surrounded by quiet roads and countryside it is in an ideal spot for walking and cycling. With the nature reserve of Titchwell only a few miles away it offers excellent bird watching opportunities.  Shop: 3 miles  Pub: 0.5 miles

Pets: Although no pets are allowed the owners pet occasionally visits.
