Docking is a well located North Norfolk village surrounded by unspoilt countryside, providing easy access to the area's country and coastal attractions. It is four miles from the splendid sandy beach at Brancaster with the traditional seaside resort of Hunstanton seven miles away. The beaches at Heacham, Holme, Holkham and Wells harbour are all nearby and there are also many bird reserves in the area. The village has a shop, a pub which serves food, and a large playing field with tennis court. Map Ref: A3

This cosy attractively furnished semi-detached cottage is situated in a quiet location in the middle of the village. With French doors leading off the sitting room to the cottage garden and a light and airy feel to the whole of the accommodation, it offers a warm and welcoming base from which to enjoy this lovely part of the Norfolk countryside. Shop: 100 yards  Pub: 250 yards

Garden: The garden is grassed and enclosed both front and rear with garden furniture.
Parking: Parking for one car in the lane outside the property with further parking on the roadside near the lane entrance.
Heating: N.S.H. and free standing electric convector included May-Sept and £20 p.w. Oct-April, payable on booking.
Also Provided: Towels, stairgate, DVDs, books and games.
Notes: The neighbouring property has access rights across the front garden (although rarely used).
