Bedroom 3 with four single beds ( this is an eaves bedroom so there are sloping ceilings to the side )
Bedroom 4/Children's Sitting Room with sofa bed (please state on booking if this is required), bean bags, colour TV and DVD player
Cloakroom with washbasin and w.c.
Garden: The garden is enclosed, spacious and mainly laid to lawn with a patio area. Garden furniture and barbecue.
Parking: For two cars.
Heating: O.F.C.H.
Extras:Towels are available for hire at £3.00 per person per week, payable on booking.
Also Provided: Stairgate. One basket of logs for the woodburner, books, games, toys and baby monitor.
Pets: Two dogs welcome but, please, not allowed in the bedrooms or on the furniture . Additional pets by arrangement.
Notes: The stairs for Bedroom 3 and the Children's Sitting Room are quite steep and narrow, in keeping with a cottage of this age.
