In a central position for exploring some of Norfolk’s finest attractions, guests at Swannington can enjoy some excellent golf at Weston Park and Barnham Broom, and walking and cycling paths such as the Marriotts Way, the Bure Valley and Weavers Way. The Norfolk Broads are an easy drive, where you can enjoy a river cruise or hire a boat by the day. Within a 30 minute drive, you can enjoy north Norfolk or the cathedral city of Norwich with all its cultural attractions and shopping opportunities. Norfolk abounds with National Trust properties with Blickling, Felbrigg and Sheringham Park being the closest. For those who appreciate natural attractions, the 35 acres of Alderford common is an Area of Special Scientific Interest and is almost on the doorstep.
