Very comfy clean and welcoming apartment perfect position lovely views from lounge. Plenty of reading material, games etc. would recommend to be anyone wanting a relaxed and peaceful holiday. And leave with their batteries well charged.

This was my second time at Number 8 The Granary. I had a lovely time. The flat was fantastic and so relaxing. Did not want to go home

This is the third time weve been to this property and always find it relaxing. The high point is the wonderful view and watching the tide go in and out is a pleasant way to spend time. The apartment is comfortable and well situated in Wells but would benefit from Wi-Fi being available.

We love everything about our holiday rental BUT we do NOT AGREE with an increase in the booking fee by TEN POUNDS EVERY YEAR. We feel this is excessive, especially as we are long term, loyal customers. Otherwise, we have no complaints.

The flat was in our preferred location. Given our age the lifts were excellent. Staying on floor three (previously we have stayed on floor two or one) so we had a very good view and no traffic noise. Also the cost of this flat was excellently priced for us Many thanks again. Also the instructions to get into the flat were ver good.

Good service. However you need to say in the property access instructions that in order to get in the building you have to scan the key screen with the key fob

The property had a perfect location and was clean and comfortable with even a garage for my car. The only thing it doesnt have is wifi.
