Step inside through the porch, where you'll be greeted by the dining area with original red Norfolk tiles and wooden beams dating back to 1780. Adjacent is the contemporary kitchen, boasting an adjoining walk-in larder/utility room, providing guests with all the essentials needed to whip up culinary delights during their stay. Follow the hallway to discover the bathroom and a separate cloakroom before entering the original stable, now transformed into a cosy reception room with flint walls and exposed shipwrecked beams, creating a perfect blend of modern comfort and historic character. The ground floor also features a double bedroom and a snug, offering additional space to relax and unwind. Upstairs, you'll find two light-filled bedrooms, one king-size and one double, serviced by a spacious shower room. Step outside to the expansive open garden with a lush lawn and patio area.

Head outside to enjoy the cottage's large open garden with a lawn and small patio with outdoor furniture. This peaceful setting is the perfect spot to listen to birdsong as you enjoy the last of the day's sunshine.

Set within the Norfolk Coast National Landscape, East Runton beckons with its golden sandy shores, ideal for indulging in long sun-drenched summer days, leisurely strolls, and exhilarating water sports. For those who like to get back to nature, In cleborough Hill (0.5 miles), Beeston Bump (3 miles), and Sheringham Park (3.5 miles) offer picturesque hiking trails, including segments of Peddar’s Way. History buffs will enjoy a day out at Felbrigg Hall (2.5 miles) or the charming town of Sheringham (4 miles), renowned for its nostalgic "Poppy" steam train line to Holt. The popular seaside resort of Cromer is 1.5 miles from your door, famed for its delectable crab sandwiches and traditional end-of-pier shows.

The cottage was beautiful and in a lovely quiet location. Cromer and Sheringham only a short distance away. All essential equipment was available and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. Would definitely recommend.

We loved the quirkiness and the history of the cottage, we appreciated the garden too and the quiet location Lots of little touches show a high degree of attention to detail Great location for driving to other parts of the coast or walking the short distance into East Runton itself

This is an exceptional cottage. Really lovely, with a home from home feel. Very well stocked kitchen in terms of utensils, dishes, pans etc. Beautifully furnished, lovely picturesque location, and very quiet. It really is an excellent base for key areas around Norfolk.

We are home after a great stay at your amazing cottage, in an excellent location - 10 minutes from the sea, heavenly. Thank you, the cottage and garden certainly had everything we could have needed, we loved it, you have done an excellent job.
