Follow the hallway to discover the bathroom and a separate cloakroom before entering the original stable, now transformed into a cosy reception room with flint walls and exposed shipwrecked beams, creating a perfect blend of modern comfort and historic character. The ground floor also features a double bedroom and a snug, offering additional space to relax and unwind. Upstairs, you'll find two light-filled bedrooms, one king-size and one double, serviced by a spacious shower room. Step outside to the expansive open garden with a lush lawn and patio area.

History buffs will enjoy a day out at Felbrigg Hall (2.5 miles) or the charming town of Sheringham (4 miles), renowned for its nostalgic "Poppy" steam train line to Holt. The popular seaside resort of Cromer is 1.5 miles from your door, famed for its delectable crab sandwiches and traditional end-of-pier shows.

The main living room, loungeroom, dining room and kitchen are on this level.  There is also a bathroom with a bath and shower and next door a separate WC.
